Here, I used Prawn was pretty small in size, but tasty an easy recipe and the flavor of the Prawn fry is outstanding good.

My wife's elder sister Nirmala Chechi lives in Kayippuram, near Pathiramanal a famous tourist spot. Mohamma, Cherthala, Alappuzha-district, Kerala-South India. Pathiramanal is small Island in Mohamma Panchayath. Pathiramanal means 'Sands of Night'. We can see the beauty of bothsides of the lake as well as mind blowing Island from her house!!.

A small hotel of her uncle is there near by Kayippuram Jn.( Popularly known as Vaider's hotel ) can I call it hotel, Idon't know, it is a small Tea Shop like. Her uncle is known locally as 'Vaider,'means country Ayurveda doctor. People from various  places reach there to taste the specially made excellent fresh seafoods/lakefoods. Politicians and other VIP's are regular visitors of this hotel!!!. The tradational fresh lake/sea foods of this hotel is a big hit.

If you get a chance to visit this place, keep in mind Vaider's hotel for heavenly tasted fresh lake/sea foods. Kumarakam other famous tourist place is half an hour away from Mohamma Boat Jetty/Yard.Frequent Government boat service are available there.  With regards...enjoy..
