FISH PICKLE


Ingredients: 500gmFish (cut into pieces) 2tsp Ginger-Garlic paste 15nosGreen chillie 100gmSeasame oil 1Cup Vinegar 1/2tspTurmeric powder 1tspMustard powder 1tspJeera powder 1tspFennygreek/Methi/Uluva powder 1tspAsafoetida/Hing/Kayam powder 1tspDry grapes paste. Method: Take chopped fish.Add turmeric powder and salt.set aside for half an hour.Then fry it in a pan. Take a pan with seasame oil and heat it.Add 5nos chopped green chillie,Add green chillie paste,ginger-garlic paste,vinegar,salt,turmeric powder,mustard powder,fennygreek powder,asafoetida powder,dry grape paste and fried fish.Stir well.Fish pickle is ready.
