Method:
1. Heat a pan with oil; put the mustard,ginger-garlic and stir for one minute.
2. Add greenchillies; stir for one minute and add mango,carrot,bitter gourd pieces, turmeric powder and stir well till soft.Add salt.
3. Add fennygreek powder, asafoetida powder; Stir it. Add vinegar and finish the cooking.
