|Special Mango Pickle|
500gmMango squarely chopped
1tbspKashmiri chillie powder
Salt to taste.
Take squarely chopped mango.Add half of the chillie powder,salt and dry it in Sunshine for one or two days.
In a pan put the seasame oil and when it is hot add mustard seeds.Remove it and add kshmiri chillie powder,
chillie powder,fennygreek powder,pepper powder,asafoetida powder,turmeric powder,salt and mango pieces.
Stir well.Use the pickle after one month.
