GINGER PACHADI:A Tradational Healthy and Digestive Pachadi. 1)Ginger-100g 2)Cocanut-1 3)Curd-3cup 4)Green chilli-5 5)Jeera-1/2teaspoon 6)Mustard seeds-2tablespoon 7)Curry leaves 8)Cocanut oil-2tablespoon 9)Salt-to taste Take a bowl pour the curd,add ginger,cocanut,chilli,mustard,jeera paste stir well.Take a pan with cocanut oil and heat it.Crackle the mustard seeds add curry leaves and above said curd mixer.Add salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes.
