GREEN CHILLI CHICKEN:
Chicken-1/2kg
Onion-2
Green Chilli-7
Green Chilli paste-2nos
tumeric powder-1/2teaspoon
Jeera powder-1teaspoon
Ginger-garlic paste
Chicken Masala-3teaspoon
Cocanut oil
Clove-5
Cardamom-4
Milk powder-4teaspoon
Cashew paste-2teaspoon
Lemon juice-5ml,Pepper-1teaspoon
Clean the small pieces of Chicken.Add salt,Tumeric powder,Lemon juice,Ginger-garlic paste and set aside for 15minutes.Take a pan
with Cocanut oil and heat it,Add chopped onions,green chilli cook till soft.Add chicken pieces,pepper,jeera powder,chicken masala,
cloves and cardamom.Cook for 10 minutes.Add little water and cook again.After that add milk paste and cashew paste.Finish with
curry leaves.
