Aval mixture is a Kerala traditional snacks recipe. Which can make very easily and quickly. It can serve in the evening as a snacks with a cup of tea. Children will like this crispy Aval mixture. Try this fast to cook evening snack.

INGREDIENTS:
* Aval...............................................2 cups
* Ground nuts..................................1/2 cup
* Cashew nuts..................................15 nos
* Dry grapes.....................................4 tbsp
* Batham..........................................10 nos
* Dry red chillies ( Cut into small pieces )..............................4 nos
* Coconut ( Cut into small pieces )...4 tbsp
* Curry leaves................................1 Sprig
* Sugar..........................................2 tbsp
* Salt..............................................A pinch
* Turmeric....................................A pinch
* Coconut oil................................2 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat a pan with Aval / Beaten rice, roast it lightly and set aside.
2. Heat a pan with 2 tbsp coconut oil and fry the ground nets, cashew nuts, dry grapes, batham, coconut pieces, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
3. In a low flame, Add sugar, salt and turmeric powder. Stir well for a few seconds and add aval. Stir it well and finish the cooking.
TIPS:
* Before using Aval, Clean it well if necessary.
* You can add more sugar if you like.
